11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.
3. Stimulate debate with respectful language.
4. Stay within the boundaries of these rules.

Dugan - Merring

Kelly and Sheryl Dugan of Morris announce the engagement of their daughter, Eileen Ann Dugan, to Kevin David Merring, son of David and Cynthia Merring of Almond.

The bride-to-be is a 2008 graduate of Morris Central School and a 2011 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She is employed with NILICO.

Her fiancé is a 2007 graduate of Alfred-Almond Central School. He is employed with Victor Roofing and Siding in Farmington.

A 2014 fall wedding is planned.
