Fazio - Barnhart

In a country setting, at the home of the groom's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Ray, Miranda Rose Barnhart and Timothy James Fazio were united in marriage with a double-ring ceremony. The vows were administered by Judge Paul Barnhart Jr., uncle of the bride.

Given in marriage by mother and father, the bride wore a gown of white satin and organza A-line with side draped bodice and beaded pink metallic embroidery chapel-length train.

Ashley Wakeman, best friend of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Stephanie Hitchcock, Emily Yerdon, Danica Capobianco and Brianne Barton, friends of the bride. Jordynn Barnhart, niece of the bride, was junior bridesmaid. Flower girl was Ninajo Capobianco.

The groom's best friend, Matt Davis, was the best man. Groomsmen were Todd Barnhart, brother of the bride; Jeff and Andrew Fazio, brothers of the groom; and Matt Schofield, friend of the groom. Junior groomsman was Brandon Barnhart, nephew of the bride. Ring bearer was Gage Strong.

Parents of the bride are Michael Barnhart and Tammy McCue of Sidney. Grooms parents are James and Sandra Fazio of Unadilla.

A reception for 300 was held immediately following the ceremony. The couple live in Unadilla.

The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Schenevus Central School. She received a bachelor's degree in speech and language disabilities from the State University College at Cortland in 2006, and a master's degree in communicative disorders and sciences from the State University College at Geneseo in 2007. She works in Frederick, Md., for the Frederick County Public Schools as a speech-language pathologist.
