Megan Kathleen Olsen and Corey Wade Mitchell were married Aug. 28 at Saint Vincent de Paul Church in Vestal.
The bride is the daughter of Paul and Ginger Olsen of Morris.
The groom is the son of Kevin and Billie Mitchell of Morris.
The Rev. John Mikalajunas performed the double-ring ceremony.
The organist was Cheryl Ernst, trumpeter was Douglas Ernst and the violinist was Maggie Ernst. The soloist was Steven Nanni.
The bride wore a strapless chiffon sheath with an asymmetrical ruched bodice accented with triple hand-beaded Swarovski crystal details. She wore a long flutter veil edged with a wide organza ribbon with delicate accents of crystals and pearls. The bouquet she carried was of white hydrangeas, roses and lilies.
The maid-of-honor was Carrie Broek, friend of the bride. The bridesmaid was Kimberly Lieber, friend of the bride.
The best man was Matthew Mitchell, brother of the groom. The groomsman was Aaron Mitchell, brother of the groom. The ushers were Jason Washco and Aaron De Pietro, friends of the couple.
A dinner reception was held at Traditions at the Glen in Johnson City.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Morris Central School. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in counseling and human services from the University of Scranton in 2006, and a master's degree in elementary school counseling in 2008, also from The University of Scranton.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Morris Central School, and a 2007 graduate of Lycoming College. He is attending graduate school at Binghamton University, where he has an assistantship in the chemistry department.
The couple live in Vestal.
