Kerri G. Insinga and Blake J. Green, both of Sidney, are engaged to marry.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Diane E. and Charles J. Shuart of Coventryville. Her fiance is the son of Vicky and Jim Green of Masonville.
The couple plan to marry Friday, Dec. 4.
