Melissa Estevez and Brendan Palmatier, along with their son, Jonathan, announce the couple's engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Brenda and Simeon Danciu of Syracuse.
She is a 2008 graduate of Broome Community College with a degree in dental hygiene. She works for Bassett Health Care, practicing in school-based health.
The groom-to-be is the son of Brenda Parsons and Mike Palmatier of Bainbridge.
He is a 2008 graduate of the State University College at Oneonta with a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice. He is employed as a deputy sheriff for Chenango County.
The couple live in Bainbridge.
The couple plan to marry in January at the Episcopal Church in Bainbridge, with the reception at Traditions at the Glen in Johnson City.
