10. Random and inflammatory statements that are off topic.
11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.
3. Stimulate debate with respectful language.

Polnaszek - Graham

Caitlin Graham of Sidney was married to Lt. Christopher Polnaszek of Monterey, Calif., on Sept. 29, in Cooperstown, with a wedding Mass at St. Mary’s Church.

Parents of the bride are Thomas and Cathy Graham of Sidney. Parents of the groom are Cmdr. (retired) Mark and Rebecca Polnaszek of Middletown, R.I.

The couple live in Newport, R.I., where the groom is stationed.
