Marcia Mae Kafchinski and Jeffrey George Lundin were united in marriage on Aug. 6, 2011, at the First Presbyterian Church in Unadilla.

The officiant was the Rev. Patty Wolff. The pianist was Rosamond Syme.

The bride is the daughter of Rodney and Patricia Kafchinski of Unadilla. The bride was given in marriage by her father.

The maid of honor was Julie Campbell, friend of the couple. Bridesmaids were Sylvia Morgan, friend of the bride, Jennie McKown and Michelle Erbe, cousins of the bride. The flower girl was Avery Lundin, niece of the groom.

The groom is the son of George and Suzanne Lundin of Otego.

The best man was Nicholas Pitel, friend of the couple. Groomsmen were Timothy and Eric Lundin, brothers of the groom, and Garrett and Nathan Kafchinski, brothers of the bride.

A reception was held in the Foreman Gallery at Hartwick College in Oneonta.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Unatego High School, a 2007 graduate of Ithaca College, and in 2010 she received her doctor of physical therapy degree from the George Washington University. She works as a physical therapist in Alexandria, Va.

The groom is a 2003 graduate of Unatego High School, a 2007 graduate of University at Albany, and a 2011 graduate of George Mason University, and is pursuing a doctorate in chemistry from George Mason University while working as a research chemist in Washington, D.C.

The couple honeymooned in St. Lucia. They live in Springfield, Va.
