11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.

Elizabeth Ashley Walker and Gideon Wayne Taylor Frisbee are engaged to marry Sept. 15 at the United Ministry Church in Delhi.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Donald and Mary Walker of Bellwood, Pa. She is a 2004 graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School, a 2008 graduate of Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in animal science, a 2009 graduate of the State University College of Technology at Delhi with an Associate of Applied Science degree in veterinary science technology, and anticipates graduating from Walden University in December earning her Master of Public Health degree. She is a licensed veterinary technician and an instructor in the veterinary science department at SUNY Delhi.

The groom-to-be is the son of Susan Woodworth and Bob Kersten of Grahamsville and Ronald and Susan Frisbee of Greenwich. He is a 2002 graduate from Delaware Academy and 2006 graduate of Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pa., with a Bachelor of Science degree in agribusiness. He is a whole farm planner employed by the Delaware County Soil & Water Conservation District in Walton.

The couple live in Delhi.
