Rick and Peggy Gagnon of Sidney, and Arthur Hogan of Pittsburgh, Pa., announce the engagement of their son, Patrick J. Hogan, to Deborah Levine, daughter of Allan and Karen Levine of Glen Head, and Nancy Levine of Chicago.
The groom-to-be is a 1998 graduate with honors from Unatego High School and attended the State University College of Technology at Delhi. He is employed at P.C. Richards of Long Island in the designer sales department.
The bride-to-be is a 1999 Niles West High School graduate and a 2003 graduate from the University of Illinois. She is the account executive for Renaissance Apparel LLC.
The couple met while on separate vacations in Jamaica. After their return to the states, they began dating. The couple enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, visiting wineries and Scrabble marathons.
The couple live in Huntington. A spring 2014 wedding is planned.
