Kayla Roe and Michael Barlow are engaged to marry July 14.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Phyllis Roe and Larry Roe of Hobart. She is a 2000 graduate of South Kortright Central School and a 2004 graduate of State University College of Agriculture at Delhi, where she received a bachelor's degree in hospitality management. She is employed at Holiday Inn in Oneonta as a group sales manager.
The groom-to-be is the son of Christine Miller and stepfather David Miller of Davenport, and Ronald Barlow and stepmother Dorothy Barlow of Coconut Creek, Fla. He is a 2002 graduate of Charlotte Valley Central School. He is employed at Holiday Inn in Oneonta as a chief engineer.
The couple live in Davenport.
