Melissa Anghelone and Jay Tackabury were married Aug. 2 at the First United Methodist Church in Norwich by the Rev. Jeff Hale.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Betty Anghelone of Belford, N.J.
The groom is the son of Robert and Maureen Tackabury of Earlville.
The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father. She wore a white gown and carried a bouquet of yellow roses and white lilies.
Maid of honor was Adrienne Anghelone, sister of the bride.
Cathy Kuhlmeier, sister of the groom, and Jessica Tackabury, Sue Solloway, Sara Mass and Danielle Huderwitz.
Best man was Michael Solloway. Groomsmen were Bob and John Tackabury, brothers of the groom, Michael Anghelone, brother of the bride, and Rick Gergenti and Jason Briton.
A reception followed at the Canasawacta Country Club in Norwich.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii.
The bride graduated from Middletown High School North in Middletown, N.J., in 2001 and graduated from Mount Saint Mary College with a degree in mathematics. She is employed at Norwich High School.
The groom graduated from Sherburne-Earlville School in 2001 and graduated from Mount Saint Mary College with a degree in history.
The couple live in Earlville.
