Steven Campbell and Joanna Lobdell were united in marriage Sept. 1 in the Chapel of the First Presbyterian Church on Chenango Street in Binghamton.
The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Barry Downing.
The bride is the daughter of Dorothy Dibble of Maple Grove Road in Gilbertsville.
The groom is the son of June Campbell of Binghamton.
The bride was escorted by her mother. Her white dress was adorned with pearls and sequins and featured a scoop neck, long flowing sleeves and a chapel-length train. She carried a bouquet of white, lavender and purple lilies.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Vestal home of the groom's brother-in-law and sister, David and Linda Hessian.
The bride is a 1990 graduate of Morris Central School. She is employed at Preferred Mutual Insurance Co. in New Berlin as a critical support technician.
The groom is a 1976 graduate of Binghamton Central High School. He is a 1998 graduate of University of Phoenix with a master's degree in organizational management and a 1990 graduate of Unity College with a bachelor's degree in outdoor recreation. He is employed as a products logistics manager for Xxpress Transportation in Oswego. He is also an instructor for the American Red Cross.
The couple live in Windsor.
