Coinciding with our websites redesign, we launched our new story comments feature through Disqus.

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.

Worlds largest soccer game





1,000 Players - 1 field - 1 ball - 1 legacy


On April 17th, 2008 students, faculty and area residents gathered on the SUNY Oneonta campus to participate in the 'World's Largest Soccer Game'. 1,021 people signed up for the game, which commemorated the retirement of SUCO president Alan B. Donovan after 20 years of service and a similar game in 1988.
