DELHI _ The Delaware County Public Health Service will hold a free H1N1-flu clinic for Delaware County residents Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to a media release.
The clinic will be held at the Delaware County Public Safety Building at 280 Phoebe Lane. Walk-ins are welcome; no appointments will be available.
Those Delaware County residents eligible for the clinic are:
ä Pregnant women
ä People who have or care for infants younger than 6 months.
ä People who are between the ages of 25 to 64 with underlying medical conditions that put them at greater risk for influenza complications, such as asthma and neuromuscular disorders. For more information on these risks, contact a primary care provider.
ä Health care and emergency medical workers with direct patient care.
All who attend the clinic will be screened for eligibility for the H1N1 vaccine, and those older than 65 are not eligible for this H1N1-flu clinic.
