ALL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Announcements need a contact name and phone number, and may be submitted online, or sent to Celebrations Editor Cassandra Miller at cmiller@thedailystar.com or P.O. Box 250, Oneonta, NY 13280, or dropped off in person at The Daily Star offices at 102 Chestnut St. in Oneonta. For questions, call Miller at 441-7255. The Daily Star reserves the right to edit announcements.
If applicable, payment information will be arranged over the phone or in person when The Daily Star receives announcements.
