Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of Nov. 2-6 will be:

Monday _ Creamy coleslaw, cream of broccoli soup, ham salad sandwich on rye bread, lemon pudding.

Tuesday _ Sliced turkey with gravy, seasoned stuffing, mashed squash, mandarin oranges.

Wednesday _ Pork and cider stew with potatoes, turnip, carrots, celery, onions and apple cider, warm spiced muffin, orange juice, frosted cake.

Thursday _ Tossed salad, spaghetti with sauce, meatballs, warm roll, fruit cup.

Friday _ Barbecued chicken, macaroni salad, peppers, onions and celery, green beans, warm roll, pears and apricots.

Delaware County

The menu of the Delaware County Senior Dining Program the week of Nov. 2-6 will be:

Monday _ Turkey divan, sweet potatoes, wax beans, cottage cheese on apricot halves, chocolate pudding with topping, diet pudding.

Tuesday _ Pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cran-pineapple juice, fruited muffin, fruit cocktail, diet fruit.

Wednesday _ Spaghetti and meatballs, brussel sprouts, tossed salad, garlic bread, apple crisp, diet fruit.

Thursday _ Round house chicken with gravy, rice pilaf, squash, rosey apple relish, whole wheat bread, strawberry shortcake, diet fruit.

Friday _ Baked tilapia Parisienne, baked potato with sour cream, orangey beets, cran-pineapple juice, whole wheat bread, peachy cream pudding.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Hours are 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Dining centers are:

Schoharie County

The menu for the Schoharie County Senior Meals Program for the week of Nov. 2-6 will be:

Monday _ Meatloaf with gravy, oven-browned potatoes, seasoned spinach, rye bread, pears.

Tuesday _ Tossed salad, pasta with sauce, meatballs, warm dinner roll, chocolate pudding, diet chocolate pudding.

Wednesday _ Chicken cacciatore with rice, brussel sprouts, Italian bread, fruit ice, diet ice cream.

Thursday _ Beef cubes with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, peas and onions, wheat bread, fruited Jell-O, diet fruited Jell-O.

Friday _ Chicken stew with potatoes, carrots, celery and onion, warm biscuit, honey, butterscotch pudding, diet pudding.

Monday _ Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, Scandinavian blend vegetables, whole wheat bread, fresh fruit.

Tuesday _ Ham and cheese croissantwich, baked beans, pickled beets, fruit juice, croissant, peanut butter cookie.

Wednesday _ Chicken cacciatore, linguini with marinara sauce, broccoli florets, Italian bread, chef's mixed fruit.

Thursday _ Pork chop Monterey, baked potato with sour cream, Italian blend vegetables, tossed salad, rye bread, warm bread pudding with cinnamon, raisins and topping.

Friday _ Spanish rice, spinach, chuckwagon blend vegetables, multi-grain bread, lemon delight.

Thursday, Nov. 5: McDonough only: Pork chop Monterey, baked potato with sour cream, Italian blend vegetables, tossed salad, rye bread, warm bread pudding with cinnamon, raisins and topping.
