Wednesday _ Sweet Italian sausage with peppers and onions on a bun, oven browned potatoes, spinach, cookie.

Thursday _ Baked fish with creamy herb sauce, scalloped potatoes, green beans, mandarin oranges.

Friday _ Beef strips with mushroom gravy, seasoned noodles, carrots, pears and apricots.
