Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of Oct. 12-16 will be:

Monday _ Chicken with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, vanilla ice cream.

Tuesday _ Barbecued beef on a bun, baked potato, spinach, pudding.

Wednesday _ Kielbasa with sauerkraut on a hot dog bun, pierogis, carrots, German chocolate cake.

Thursday _ Creamy coleslaw, cream of broccoli soup, turkey salad sandwich, fruit cup.

Friday _ Chili mac with cheese, cauliflower, warm corn bread, rosey pears.

Delaware County

The menu of the Delaware County Senior Dining Program the week of Oct. 12-16 will be:

Monday _ Closed for Columbus Day.

Tuesday _ Turkey ala king on biscuit, squash, snow on mountain salad, rice pudding with topping.

Wednesday _ Beef birds, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cran-grape juice, whole whet bread, iced chocolate cake.

Thursday _ Chicken cordon bleu, appetizers and punch, baked sweet potato, broccoli and cauliflower, fruit salad, dinner roll, pineapple upside down cake with topping.

Friday _ Beef macaroni casserole, green and wax beans, tossed salad, whole wheat bread, hot peach crisp, diet fruit.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Hours are 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Dining centers are:

Schoharie County

The menu for the Schoharie County Senior Meals Program for the week of Oct. 12-16 will be:

Monday _ Closed for Columbus Day.

Tuesday _ Meatloaf with gravy, rice pilaf, spinach, French bread, lemon pudding, diet pudding.

Wednesday _ Kielbasa with sauerkraut, mustard on roll, hot German potato salad, dill carrots, apple pie, diet fruit pie.

Thursday _ Barbecued chicken, sweet potato, cauliflower, biscuit, spiced applesauce.

Friday _ Roast turkey with rosemary cream sauce, seasoned rice, garlic green beans, roll, peaches and pears.

Wednesday _ Tuna noodle casserole, carrot coins, green beans, fruit juice, multi-grain bread, birthday cake.

Thursday _ Ham loaf, German potato salad, California blend vegetables, rye bread, apricot halves.

Friday _ Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach, tossed salad, warmed garlic bread, fresh fruit.
