Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of June 29-July 3 will be:

Monday _ Creamy coleslaw, cream of broccoli soup, ham salad sandwich on rye bread, strawberry ice cream.

Tuesday _ Baked chicken with onion gravy, baked potato, brussels sprouts, butterscotch pudding.

Wednesday _ Marinated tomatoes and cucumbers, Spanish rice with extra sauce, warm roll, warm fruit crisp.

Thursday _ Roast pork with gravy, fresh sweet potato, cauliflower, apple sauce.

Friday _ Closed.

Reservations must be made at least one day in advance. Monday reservations must be made Friday. The menu of the Delaware County Senior Dining Program the week of June 29-July 3 will be:

Monday _ Meatloaf, baked potato, stewed tomatoes, three-bean salad, whole wheat bread, peach ice cream sundae with topping, peaches.

Tuesday _ Sliced turkey, tri-color pasta salad, snow on mountain salad, cran-pineapple juice, vegetable soup, dinner roll, watermelon.

Wednesday _ Irish beef stew on biscuit, scalloped cabbage, molded waldorf salad, chocolate pudding with topping, diet pudding, diet Jell-O salad.

Thursday _ Stuffed shells, spinach, tossed salad, garlic bread, brownie.

Friday _ Closed.

The menu for the Schoharie County Senior Meals Program for the week of June 29-July 3 will be:

Monday _ Liver with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, French style green beans, wheat bread, mandarin oranges.

Tuesday _ Chicken stew with potatoes, carrots, celery and onion, biscuit, peaches and strawberries.

Wednesday _ Sausage with peppers and onions on a roll with mustard, oven browned potatoes, buttered corn, berry shortcake with topping.

Thursday _ Taco salad casserole, corn bread, lime pear gelatin, diet lime pear gelatin.

Friday _ Closed.

Wednesday _ Chicken Cantonese, rice pilaf, carrot coins, whole wheat bread, fresh seasonal fruit.

Thursday _ Meatball sub, garlic herb potatoes, cabbage salad, hot dog roll, cranberry crunch with topping.

Friday _ Closed.
