Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of March 10-14 will be:

Monday _ Jell-O vegetable salad, cream of spinach soup, cheeseburger, hamburger roll, ketchup, fruit cup.

Tuesday _ Baked chicken with gravy, baked potato, mashed squash, bread, lemon pudding with topping.

Wednesday _ Tossed salad with dressing, spiral pasta with sauce, meatballs, Parmesan cheese, Italian bread, sherbet.

Thursday _ Pot roast with gravy, mashed potato, red cabbage, wheat bread, peaches.

Friday _ Baked fish with creamy herb sauce, scalloped potatoes, French green beans, wheat bread, tropical fruit salad.

Delaware County

The menu of the Delaware County Senior Dining Program the week of March 10-14 will be:

Monday _ Spicy cranberry chicken, oven-fried potatoes, peas and carrots, rosey apple relish salad, whole wheat bread, chocolate pudding with topping or diet.

Tuesday _ Salmon burger with Hollandaise sauce, baked potato, Harvard beets, pineapple-cranberry juice, whole wheat bread, chocolate chip cookie, diet Jell-O.

Wednesday _ Pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, sunshine salad, apple juice, wheat bread, diced pears.

Thursday _ Spaghetti with sauce, meatballs, broccoli-cauliflower mix, tossed salad, garlic bread, ice cream or diet fruit.

Friday _ Corned beef with cabbage and carrots, potatoes, cran-grape juice, dinner roll, fruited green Jell-O with topping, diet fruit.

Schoharie County

The menu for the Schoharie County Senior Meals Program for the week of March 10-14 will be:

Monday _ Baked chicken breast with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, wheat bread, vanilla pudding, diet vanilla pudding.

Tuesday _ Liver with onion gravy, oven-browned potatoes, garlic green beans, rye bread, mandarin oranges.

Wednesday _ Pot roast with gravy, baked potato, broccoli with cheese, wheat bread, chocolate cake, diet cake.

Thursday _ Roast pork with gravy, fresh baked sweet potato, spinach, pumpernickel bread, fruit cup.

Friday _ Baked fish with creamy lemon sauce, noodles, brussels sprouts, roll, lemon cake, diet cake.

Tuesday _ Fish with red celery sauce, sweet potato, mixed vegetables, rye bread, birthday cake, cake with topping.

Wednesday _ Sweet and sour pork, rice pilaf, California blend vegetables, Italian bread, birthday cake, cake with topping.

Thursday _ Stuffed pepper, tater tots, winter squash, 12-grain bread, fruit cocktail.

Friday _ Roast beef with gravy, breaded fish, mashed potatoes, French green beans, fruit juice, dinner roll, blueberry crisp with topping.
