Otsego County

The menu by Prestige Services Inc. for the Otsego County Senior Meals Program for the week of Feb. 18-22 will be:

Monday _ Closed.

Tuesday _ Creamed chicken with peas and onions, seasoned noodles, Brussels sprouts, pumpernickel bread, lemon pudding with topping.

Wednesday _ Roast pork with gravy, fresh sweet potato, spinach, bread, cookies.

Thursday _ Tossed salad with dressing, spaghetti with sauce, meatballs, Parmesan cheese, Italian bread, pineapple.

Friday _ Cream of cauliflower and carrot soup, tuna salad on lettuce with a bun, picked beet salad, apple cobbler.

Delaware County

The menu of the Delaware County Senior Dining Program the week of Feb. 18 -22 will be:

Monday _ Closed.

Tuesday _ Beef cabbage bake, roasted carrots, quick fruit salad, whole wheat bread, hot apple crisp, applesauce.

Wednesday _ Swedish meatballs on egg noodles, spinach, carrot-

raisin salad, whole wheat bread, cherry cobbler.

Thursday _ Caribbean pork ribs, sweet potatoes, parsleyed cauliflower, three bean salad, whole wheat bread, pineapple chunks.

Friday _ Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, rosey apple relish, whole wheat bread, plums.

Call by 10 a.m. on the serving day for reservations. Dining centers and hours are; serving from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

The menu for the Schoharie County Senior Meals Program for the week of Feb. 18 - 22 will be:

Monday _ Closed.

Tuesday _ Turkey a la King, wild rice pilaf, Harvard beets, biscuit, apricots and peaches.

Wednesday _ Pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, red cabbage, wheat bread, chocolate pudding.

Thursday _ Tossed salad with dressing, spiral pasta with sauce, sweet sausage, garlic roll, orange sherbet.

Friday _ Fish chowder, mixed vegetables, coleslaw, warm roll, fruited gelatin,

Tuesday _ Macaroni and cheese, tomato-zucchini casserole, corn niblets, multigrain bread, fresh fruit.

Wednesday _ Ham and potato casserole, peas and carrots, cabbage-raisin salad, spiced applesauce, rye bread, chocolate chip cookie.

Thursday _ Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, winter blend vegetables, whole wheat bread, butterscotch pudding.

Friday _ Sweet and sour pork. breaded fish alternative, rice pilaf, California blend vegetables, oatmeal bread, pineapple-upside down cake with topping.
