9. References to any type of sexual activity and other private matters.
10. Random and inflammatory statements that are off topic.
11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

WE ENCOURAGE REASONABLE AND COURTEOUS COMMENTS THAT:

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.
3. Stimulate debate with respectful language.
4. Stay within the boundaries of these rules.

Oneonta troopers

Scott H. Littlewood, 42, Morris, July 16, trespass.

William J. Ferris, 57, Decatur, July 31, second-degree harassment.

Tara L. Overton, 27, Oneonta, July 31, petit larceny.

Andrew P. Yarusso, 35, Oneonta, July 31, second-degree menacing with a weapon and possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Deborah M. Gregory, 38, Butternuts, July 31, possession of a hypodermic instrument.
