10. Random and inflammatory statements that are off topic.
11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

WE ENCOURAGE REASONABLE AND COURTEOUS COMMENTS THAT:

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.
3. Stimulate debate with respectful language.
4. Stay within the boundaries of these rules.

Wayne S. Frampton, 21, Sidney, July 31, failure to appear.

Jonathan D. Delgado, 26, Oneonta, Aug. 1, fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Thomas J. Pagillo, 24, Oneonta, Aug. 2, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Kim M. Terpinning, 51, Oneotna, Aug. 3, aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Rex E. Jordan, 24, Oneonta, Aug. 3, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Timothy J. Pirone, 42, Oneonta, Aug. 3, failure to appear.

Michael S. Harabet, 42, Oneonta, Aug. 3, criminal contempt.

Devin T. Jaquish, 19, Oneonta, Aug. 5, unlawful imprisonment, menacing and second-degree harassment.

Misty Cintron, 31, Oneonta, Aug. 6, violation of a conditional discharge.
