HERKIMER _ Mary Louise Lynch, 96, of Fly Creek, passed away on Friday morning, June 8, 2012, in Valley Health Services Inc., Herkimer. She is now eternally present with and in the loving arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

She was born on May 26, 1916, in Ilion, the daughter of the late Albert and Josephine Donahue, and was educated in Ilion schools.

She is survived by her daughter, Gail Jean Fouts, and her husband Clare (Rich) of Richfield Springs; her son, Edward George Lynch and his wife, Jacqueline of Herkimer, her son, Larry Lee Lynch and his wife, Barbara of Colorado Springs, Co., and her daughter, Susan Mary (Sarafin) Lynch of Cary, N.C. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Additionally, she is survived by her sister, Helen Brewer of Ilion; and niece, Joyce Adams of Ilion.

She also had a special place in her heart for the kind and loving folks at Valley Health Services and the Long-Term Care services through Otsego Manor of Cooperstown.

She was predeceased by her siblings, Pearl Fitsgibbons, Michael Donahue, Grace Heath, Lawrence (Richard) Donahue, Clyde Donahue and Cliff Donahue.

She was most recently a member of the Richland Creek Community Church in Wake Forest, N.C.

Her life was dedicated to the nurture, and love of her four children through the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ who lived and dwelled in her heart. She cared for and prayed for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren right up to her last day here on earth.

Funeral service and committal are private and at the convenience of the family.

Funeral arrangements are with J. Seaton McGrath Funeral Home, Richfield Springs.
