Corinne Ruth Salcido

STAMFORD — Corinne Ruth Salcido, 35, passed away at home on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012. Corinne is now in the arms of God after a nine-year struggle following a stroke in 2003.

She was born Nov. 7, 1976, in Oneonta, the daughter of Fred and Ruth (Svegl) Cleveland.

She married George Anthony Salcido on June 6, 1999.

Corinne was a graduate of South Kortright Central School and worked in cosmetology.

She is survived by her husband, Tony Salcido; daughter, Marinna; stepchildren, Catherine (Monty) Crawley and their children, Calista and Danielle, Cassandra Salcido and Anthony Salcido; mother and father, Fred and Ruth Cleveland; sister, Yvonne (Scott) Poole; brother, Christopher (Anita) Cleveland; mother-in-law, Dolly Salcido and father-in-law, George Salcido; and lap dog, Dorno.

Calling hours will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, at the MacArthur Funeral Home, Hobart. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, at the Stamford Baptist Church, Stamford, with the Rev. Waylan Bray officiating.
