Lillian Sireci
HARPERSFIELD _ Lillian Sireci, 93, passed away at 3:30 a.m. Aug. 2, 2012.
She leaves behind a lasting legacy of loving kindness for her two children, Mary and Phil; three grandchildren, their spouses; and four great-grandchildren.
She was born in New York City, the first generation of Italian immigrants, and was the last surviving of four sisters. She moved to Brooklyn with the love of her life, her husband, Joe, to raise her family. She and Joe shared their lives together in love and respect for 70 years.
Her door and her heart were always open to family and friends old and new.
Lilly enjoyed music, singing and dancing. But most of all, she enjoyed caring for her family and for Joe. Her wonderful marriage, her ready smile, her constant warmth and openness to love are an example to all who knew her and will be ever missed.
