1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.
3. Stimulate debate with respectful language.

Carmene Y. Miller

DELHI — Carmene Y. Miller, 63, of Delhi, died Jan. 15, 2013, at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown.

She had been employed in housekeeping at Bassett for many years.

She is survived by her only child, her son, Brian Smith of Delhi.

In accordance with her wishes services will be private.

Arrangements are under the guidance of Tillapaugh Funeral Service, Cooperstown.
