10. Random and inflammatory statements that are off topic.
11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.
3. Stimulate debate with respectful language.

Terrill ‘Terry’ Kirkey

ONEONTA — Terry Kirkey, 62, died on Feb. 18, 2013, at Otsego Manor in Cooperstown as a result of complications of Alzheimer’s disease.

All those who wish are welcome at visiting hours at Lester R. Grummons Funeral Home, 14 Grand St., Oneonta, from from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 4, 2013.

A funeral Mass will be offered at St. Mary’s Church, 39 Walnut St., Oneonta, at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2013.

Arrangements are by the Lester R. Grummons Funeral Home, Oneonta.
