10. Random and inflammatory statements that are off topic.
11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.

Anna R. Scott

OTEGO _ Anna R. Scott, 90, passed away Monday, June 25, 2012, at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta.

She was born in Maryland, the daughter of Wilber and Anna Russ.

Mrs. Scott taught at South New Berlin Central School, retiring in 1977.

She was predeceased by her husband, Clayton H. Scott.

She is survived by her sons, David (Mary Ellen) Scott and Dennis (Patricia) Scott; grandchildren, Annette (Daniel), Caleb (Michelle), Devin, Bryan (Cindy) and Karen (Corey); stepgrandchildren, Brendan (Cheryl) and Colleen (Brian); six great-grandchildren; a brother, Wilber "Mickey" (Betty) Russ; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 30, 2012, in the Maryland Cemetery.
