8. Content that is harmful to children and minors in any way.
9. References to any type of sexual activity and other private matters.
10. Random and inflammatory statements that are off topic.
11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

WE ENCOURAGE REASONABLE AND COURTEOUS COMMENTS THAT:

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.
3. Stimulate debate with respectful language.
4. Stay within the boundaries of these rules.

SOUTH NEW BERLIN _ Kenneth H. Figger, 72, of South New Berlin, passed away Feb. 4, 2012, at Otsego Manor.

Calling hours will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012, at which time a funeral service will be held at the Johnston Funeral Home in Morris. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, South New Berlin.

A full obituary will be published in Wednesday's edition of The Daily Star.
