Hartwick's men watched a two-goal lead evaporate in a span 3 minutes, 40 seconds of the second half in losing a non-conference Division I soccer game, 3-2, at Cornell on Monday night.
Will Ogden's goal with 10 minutes, 2 seconds remaining capped Cornell's rally as Hartwick fell to 0-2 under first-year coach John Scott.
Franck Onambele made it 2-1 when he headed in a throw-in from Jimmy Lannon at 76:08. Daniel Haper tied it 1:19 later when he headed in a cross from Craig Dimbleby.
Ogden completed the rally when he scored from about 15 yards off an assist from Haber. Ogden's goal went under goalie Jake Wright, who finished with five saves
Cornell (1-1) had an 11-8 advantage in shots.
Hartwick scored the first goal following a penalty kick by Dan Summers. Cornell was called for a foul inside the penalty box with 8:49 gone in the second half.
Summers' penalty shot was blocked by Cornell goalie Rock Pflasterer, but the rebound went back out to Summers, who scored to give the Hawks a 1-0 lead.
Steven Amaya made it 2-0 about 16 minutes later when he scored inside the 18.
Hartwick, which is 30-14-3 all-time against Cornell, hasn't beat the Big Red since 2007.
