On the same night Zach Lucas hit Oneonta's first home run of the season at spacious Damaschke Field _ a grand slam, no less _ the Outlaws snapped a four-game skid and returned to the .500 mark with a 12-3 Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League win Monday over the Albany Dutchmen.
Lucas' drive to left gave the Outlaws a 4-1 lead in the fifth inning.
Shane Crain contributed two hits, two runs and two RBIs, and Omar Garcia, Zander Wiel and Clay Holcomb all contributed two hits for the Outlaws (17-17).
Winning pitcher Sheldon Lee (5-1) allowed three runs on four hits over seven innings. Jeremy Rhoades followed by striking six of the seven batters he faced.
The PGCBL announced its All-Star selections Monday. Six Outlaws _ Lee, Rhoades, Crain, David Sosebee, Zac Johnson and Orlando Rivera _ made the squad. The All-Star game is July 24 at Amsterdam.
Oneonta visits Cooperstown at 5 today.
