---- — Delaware County Sheriff Thomas Mills was involved in a minor car accident early Wednesday that began when a driver two cars in front of him skidded out of control on an icy road in the town of Delhi.
According to a sheriff’s office spokesman, the car in front of Mills then stopped in the roadway, and Mills’ vehicle collided with it.
There were no injuries.
