---- — Man arrested on felony theft charges
A Cobleskill man has been arrested on felony theft and other charges, state police at Cobleskill said.
William S. Scott, 34, was charged Nov. 2 with third-degree grand larceny, falsifying business records, offering to file a false instrument and false statement, insurance, all felonies, troopers said in a media report. Scott was held.
Scott’s arrest came after troopers investigated a report made Aug. 10.
