With the closure of Center Street Elementary School, new bus routes have been put in place for the Oneonta City School District. Buses are designated by a number, and with the picture of an animal. Transfer buses will be at each school for students who are attending school in another location. Students who are walking to elementary schools to transfer to another school should arrive by 7:55 a.m. More information, including specific pickup times, is available by calling the bus garage at 433-8205, or on the district's website at oneontacsd.org.

Bus 177 (cat): First pickup, 7:40 a.m., then to West Street, Ravine Parkway, College Park, Winney Hill Road.
Bus 165 (cow): First pickup, 7:40 a.m., Grove Street; then to Chestnut Street between Clinton Street and Lewis Avenue.
Riverside
Bus 164 (goose): First pickup, 7:45 a.m., then to Central Avenue between Center and Spruce Streets, Church Street and Walnut Street.
Bus 171 (sheep): First pickup, 7:40 a.m., Lantern Hill Mobile Home Park; then to Mountain View Mobile Park, Bevins Road, Franklin Mountain, state Route 28, county Route 48.
Bus 160 (bunny): First pickup, 7:40 a.m., East Street at Woodside; then down East Street to Center Street, Grand Street, Market Street, Main Street and River Street.
Valleyview
Bus 172 (horse): First pickup, 7:40 a.m., state Route 7, then to county Highway 35, Valleyview Estates Road, Lake Shore Drive South, Shady Acres Mobile Park, Swamphouse road, Evening Inn Road, Peebles Hill Road, Gifford Hill Road and Cemetery Hill Road.
Bus 168 (yellowjacket): First pickup, 7:40 a.m., Central Drive between Angel Drive and Park Drive, then to Blackberry, Morningside Drive, county Highway 47 and county Highway 58.
