An Otego man has been charged with felony assault, state police at Oneonta said.
Randy J. Grabo, 33, was charged Monday with assaulting a police officer or emergency responder after an incident reported at about 11:50 p.m. Sunday, the trooper media report said.
Grabo also was charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct for obscene language or gestures, troopers said.
Grabo was held, but other details from troopers weren’t available Tuesday afternoon.
Otsego County jail officials said he remained incarcerated Tuesday.
