The Oneonta Common Council will have a public hearing tonight on an amendment to city zoning code.
The "Miscellaneous Supplemental Regulations" pertain to demolition orders made by the city Board of Public Service. Under the proposed ordinance, the Board of Public Service will have sole authority on its demolition orders, which won't be subject to site plan review and approval.
The meeting in City Hall at 258 Main St. will begin at 7 p.m.
