ONEONTA _ A water-main break on the Homer Folks campus was under repair Sunday night by city workers.
The break was not expected to affect water quality or service, but some residents, especially near Overlook Drive, might notice low pressure, police said late Sunday night.
The break was noticed Sunday afternoon by a mountain biker riding on a trail on the campus, which is home to the Oneonta Job Corps Academy and a variety of state government offices.
Three charged with burglary
{"headline18"/}Three men were arrested on Tuesday following an investigation into the town of Pharsalia and the villages of Sherburne and Smyrna, Chenango deputies said.
Charged with three counts of third-degree burglary, a Class D felony, and three counts of fifth-degree conspiracy, were Bret J. Parker, 22, of Smyrna, and Robert A. Knapp, 20, of North Norwich, deputies said.
Michael J.D. Seibert, 20, North Norwich, was charged with one count of third-degree burglary, and one county of fifth-degree conspiracy, deputies said.
The three were arraigned and were sent to Chenango county jail on bail, pending further court appearances, deputies said.
The investigation is ongoing, with additional arrests and charges pending, deputies said.
