DELHI _ The last of six sealed indictments for the alleged sale of drugs in the village of Sidney was unsealed in Delaware County Court on Monday.
Kelly A. Gillow, 37, of Sidney, pleaded innocent to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for allegedly selling heroin on Nov. 6.
Gillow requested an assigned attorney and was jailed without bail until she appears in court with counsel.
Daniel Astrologo, 27, of Sidney,
appeared for arraignment Nov. 20
and pleaded innocent to two counts of allegedly selling heroin Nov. 3 and Nov. 5.
Attorney Lyndon Summers was appointed to represent Astrologo who is being held in jail without bail pending further court action.
The other four indictments included:
Daniela N. Denny, 24, of Franklin, pleaded innocent Nov. 23 to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for allegedly selling heroin in Sidney on Sept. 19.
Denny is being held in jail on $2,500 cash bail. Her trial is scheduled during the April 26 term.
Shelton Jones, 29, of Sidney, pleaded innocent to two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for allegedly selling cocaine in Sidney on Nov. 3.
Jones' bail status was not available. His trial is scheduled during the April 26 term.
Terry Wingo, 54, of Sidney, was charged with a felony count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for allegedly selling cocaine Nov. 6.
Wingo reappeared in court Monday with his assigned attorney, Bob Gouldin.
Wingo is being held on $5,000 cash
bail.
His trial is scheduled during the April 26 term.
Megan Meade, 21, of Binghamton, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for allegedly selling heroin Aug. 10 and Aug. 21.
Meade appeared Monday with her assigned attorney, Joseph Ermeti.
