A 67-year-old man was charged with felony reckless endangerment Oct. 25 after he fired a gun twice during a dispute in Franklin.
Richard E. Little was involved in an argument with a man and a woman from Sidney outside his Franklin home, troopers said in a media release Tuesday.
When the dispute escalated, Litter retrieved a long gun from his home and fired one round toward the man, troopers said. He fired a second round during a scuffle as the man and woman attempted to disarm him.
Troopers did not identify who the man and woman were or what the argument was about.
All three sustained minor injuries during the scuffle, and Little was treated for unspecified injuries at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital and released into police custody.
No gunshot wounds were reported by troopers.
Little was charged with two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment and arraigned in Franklin Town Court. He was sent to Delaware County jail on $25,000 bail/$50,000 bond.
