The Stamford Village Apartments are within walking distance of shops and other facilities. Parks and walking trails are also nearby. Delaware County Office For The Aging provides weekly bus transportation for out-of-town shopping and medical appointments.
The building has an elevator, two community rooms, a full laundry facility and storage space.
Applicants must be 60 years or older, with a maximum annual gross household income of $30,750 for one person or $35,100 for two. Rents are based on income.
