Marijuana arrest made
ONEONTA _ A local man was arrested Saturday in connection with the alleged sale of marijuana.
Michael P. Konze, 23, of Oneonta, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of marijuana.
Konze sold 23.5 grams of marijuana to an undercover officer Sept. 25, according to police.
He faces further action in Oneonta City Court.
Richfield Springs man charged with lewdness
ONEONTA _ A Richfield Springs man allegedly performed a lewd act in his vehicle at the Oneonta Wal-Mart on Friday.
Zachary E. Parslow, 30, was charged with public lewdness, state police at Oneonta said.
A 911 call reported the alleged activity, which was not described by troopers.
Parslow was released to appear in Oneonta Town Court on Oct. 20.
