Christmas cantata set for Sunday

Christmas cantata set for Sunday

The Davenport Community Choir will present “A Winter Rose” by Joseph and Pamela Martin at 3 p.m. Sunday. The program will be presented in the Davenport Methodist Church on state Route 23 in Davenport and is free of charge. Donation baskets will be available at both entrances to the church.

The cantata will be directed by P. Elliott DuBois, accompanied by Pat DuBois. Pastor Carol Wilson and Joanne Fisher will be the narrators. The performance is open to the public.
