---- — On Oct. 29 before Judge Carl Becker, a superior court information was filed against Joshua Bonker, 28, of Walton, charging him with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, first-degree reckless endangerment and 17 vehicle and traffic infractions. A trial is scheduled for April. He was being held in Broome County jail on other charges.
Aaron Stevens, 20, of Sidney, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. He was being held on $10,000 cash bail pending an April trial.
John Todd, 21, of Roxbury, was indicted on two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, second-degree aggravated harassment, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal contempt for violating an order of protection.
He was out on bail pending an April trial.
