Walton man arrested on sex counts

Delaware County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a Walton man on charges related to sexual misconduct.

William R. Copeland was charged Sunday with three counts of third-degree criminal sexual act, five counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of third-degree sex abuse.

He was arraigned in Colchester Town Court before Judge Arthur C. Edel and released on bail Wednesday.
