WALTON _ A 37-year-old Walton woman was charged with two felony counts of criminal sale of a prescription on June 5.
Jill L. Butler, 37, was arraigned in Walton Village Court and was released on $3,000 bail to reappear Wednesday.
Walton Police Chief David Halaquist said he could not discuss details of the case because the investigation is continuing, and more arrests and charges may occur.
Halaquist said Butler worked at the Delaware County Mental Health Care Clinic, but Teddie Storey, Delaware County personnel director, said Butler is not a county employee, but may work at the clinic for Rehabilitative Support Services.
A woman who answered the phone Monday at Rehabilitative Support Services in Walton said she had no comment.
