COOPERSTOWN _ In Otsego County Court on March 20 before Judge Brian Burns, Ryan S. Mott, 25, of Sidney Center, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated.
According to court records, the incident occurred Nov. 8 in the town of Oneonta.
Mott was released on his own recognizance to await sentencing.
Also in court March 20 before Burns:
ä Michelle L. Slonacker, 23, of Oneonta, was sentenced to five years' probation for fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, psilocybin.
According to court records, the incident occurred March 25, 2008, in New Lisbon.
Slonacker was ordered to pay $320 in court fees and her driving license was suspended for six months.
ä Andrew J. Wilson, 31, of Grahamsville, was sentenced to five years' probation for fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, psilocybin.
According to court records, the incident occurred March 25, 2008, in New Lisbon.
Wilson was ordered to pay $320 in court fees, and his driving license was suspended for six months.
ä Richard B. Scott, 44, of Schenevus, pleaded innocent at arraignment to two counts of DWI.
According to court records, the incident occurred Jan. 16 in the town of Cherry Valley.
Scott was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to court April 24.
ä An indictment was handed up charging Keith R. Wayman Jr., 33, of Otego, with two counts of DWI.
According to court records, the incident occurred Jan. 21 in Oneonta.
Wayman is scheduled to be arraigned April 3.
ä An indictment was handed up charging Jose M. Rodriguez-Rivera with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, heroin. According to court records, the incident occurred Dec. 16 in Oneonta.
He is being held in jail without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
ä An indictment was handed up charging Stacey R. Tarbox, 50, of Burlington Flats, with two counts of second-degree forgery and third-degree grand larceny.
According to court records, the incidents occurred in the town of Edmeston between Oct. 1, 2007, and July 1, 2008.
Tarbox is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
