In Delaware County Court on Monday:
ä John Bolster, 38, of Fishs Eddy, violated his probation on a Feb. 11 DWI sentence. Bolster was resentenced to a year in jail and was fined $1,000.
ä Navin Badal, 26, of South Kortright, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance Dec. 22. On Monday, he was sentenced to five years' probation and fined $1,500. Badal allegedly sold cocaine in Stamford on Dec. 28, March 28 and April 25.
ä Robert E. Jones, 42, of Fleischmanns, pleaded guilty to DWI on Dec. 12. He was sentenced to five years' probation and fined $1,500.
ä Norman C. Epps Jr., 49, of South Kortright, pleaded guilty to DWI on Dec. 12. He was sentenced Monday to five years' probation with intermittent jail on weekends for the first four months and was fined $2,500. Epps' charges stem from an incident in Stamford on May 23.
