COOPERSTOWN _ In Otsego County Court on Nov. 7 before Judge Brian Burns, Erik J. Smith-Signor, 20, was sentenced to three years in prison and two years post-release supervision for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, cocaine.
According to court records, the incident occurred June 12 in the city of Oneonta.
Smith-Signor's license was suspended for six months and he was assessed a $270 surcharge and crime victims' fee and a $50 DNA fee.
Also in court Nov. 7 before Judge Burns:
ä Adrian K. Hoyt, 25, of Bainbridge, pleaded guilty to third-degree sexual abuse.
According to court records, the incident occurred Nov. 8, 2007 in the town of Otego.
Hoyt posted an $8,000 bail bond and is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 9.
ä Susan A. Greene, 57, of Laurens, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, cocaine.
According to court records, the incident occurred in the town of Laurens June 16.
Greene was sentenced to one year in jail and assessed a $270 surcharge and crime victims' fee and a $50 DNA fee. In addition, her license was suspended for six months.
Also before Justice Coccoma on Nov. 6, Andrew C. Scheiner was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, methadone.
According to court records, the incident occurred April 13 in the town of Worcester.
Scheiner is scheduled to be arraigned today.
In court Nov. 3 before Judge Burns, Carmine DeClemente, 21, of Oneonta, pleaded innocent at arraignment to a charge of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, cocaine.
According to court records, the incident occurred Jan. 28 and Jan. 30 in the city of Oneonta.
DeClemente posted $25,000 bail and is due in court Dec. 12.
In court Oct. 31 before Judge Burns, Ryan J. Holling, 25, of Oneonta, was sentenced to two years in prison and one year of post-release supervision for fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
According to court records, the incident occurred Oct. 11, 2007, in the town of Oneonta.
