McDONOUGH _ A local man faces felony theft charges after he allegedly failed to put money paid to him into an escrow account, Chenango deputies said.
Herbert C. Suloff, or ``Charles,'' was charged Saturday with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and petit larceny, deputies said.
He is to appear in McDonough Town Court at a later date.
